GMAT Essay Topics

The revised GMAT includes a single essay writing topic as part of the Analytical Writing Assessment used to test your analytical writing skills. The AWA section is separately timed and graded as a distinct essay response to a topic requiring coherent analysis. This section will ask you to analyze the reasoning behind a given argument and write a critique of that argument. You are not being meant to present or express your own views on the specific topic.
